- Cleanse the face with a gentle face wash and pat dry.
- Take a small amount of the gel on a clean fingertip.
- Apply a thin layer only on the spots, not over the whole face.
- Avoid the eyes, lips and broken skin.
- Start with once daily at night and increase only if your skin tolerates it.
- Follow with a moisturiser and use sunscreen during the day, and keep the gel away from fabrics as benzoyl peroxide can bleach them.
